For two and a half months I worked on the Tambuzi rose farm. I set up three stills , commonly used with traditional alcohol. Due to the unexpected large numbers of roses not going to sale I was able try and salvage their value by converting it to scent. The farm owner wanted prototypes for an alcohol distillation unit on the farm, as a means to decide on how to finance a larger project related to fragrance in the future. A video was produced as an outcome, alongside several tests of fragrance, that the farm owner could use for demonstration.
